Geek+ Robotics is one of our esteemed business partners in HK. WYE provides comprehensive support for general preventive maintenance of the AGVs, which includes conducting health checks on the robots, ensuring cleanliness, and repairing any broken mechanisms such as wheels, bumpers, and LIDAR sensors. We also maintain the charging stations and barcode systems to ensure accurate positioning and QR code recognition for the robots. Additionally, we provide 24/7 emergency services to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the system. Our emergency services cover all days of the week, including Sundays and public holidays, and we offer a full range of maintenance services for our partners and customers.
