The project primarily involves installing a siemens edge computer to provide managing system and real time data in more visualize user interference by dashboard style with Ai analysis and suggestion move. With S7-1200 PLC for reading real time data and send to Siemens edge computer as a system. Allow client to easy to oversee the system contain over 1000 m3 water.

The work includes the following.

• Hardware: Installed new Siemens Edge/4G router panel, connected to existing PLC.

• Wiring: power and data cabling between existing PLC and new panel.

• Networking: Connected system to internal local network.

• Dashboard Development: Deployed web dashboard based on existing BMS HMI.

• Monitoring: Enabled secure, real-time web access for live BMS data tracking

Dashboard feature

• Show real time data in graph and analyzed data

• List of data: water pressure of inlet and outlet, water level of pool and tank and instant flow rate

• All data will automatically analyzed and show as trended chart

• User friendly warning system with state of situation and recorded for tracking the progress

• All the data record and chart can be export for report or storage in different location
