Watson bottle of water monitor system

Content: The project primarily involves installing a siemens edge computer to provide managing system and real time data in more visualize user interference by dashboard style with Ai analysis and suggestion move. With S7-1200 PLC for reading real time data and send to Siemens edge computer as a system. Allow client to easy to overseer the system contain over 1000 m³ water

The work includes the following.

1. Hardware: Installed new Siemens Edge/4G router panel, connected to existing PLC.

2. Wiring: power and data cabling between existing PLC and new panel.

3. Networking: Connected system to internal local network.

4. Dashboard Development:Deployed web dashboard based on existing BMS HMI.

5. Monitoring: Enabled secure, real-time web access for live BMS data tracking

7. Show real time data in graph and analyzed data

8. List of data: water pressure of inlet and outlet, water level of pool and tank and instant flow rate

9. All data will automatically analyzed and show as trended chart

10. User friendly waring system with state of situation and recorded for tracking the progress

11. All the data record and chart can be export for report or storage in different location
