Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tuen Mun)

This teaching model was created by our company for the Tuen Mun IVE, featuring a luggage conveyor belt system that includes a weight measurement system, barcode, and RFID facilities. As multiple pieces of luggage pass through the conveyor belt, the system automatically detects relevant data to perform preset actions and operations.

The core control system is based on a PLC, which is used to demonstrate to students how to apply conveyor belts and related equipment in an industrial context for detecting and simulating the luggage handling system at Hong Kong International Airport.
