Animal Waste Composting Plant

WYE is responsible for designing a program with automation with installing a new control system that allows users to operate a complex animal waste system through a control panel with a Human-Machine Interface (HMI). This system provides an easy and visual way to monitor the control process.

The work inculdes the following.

• Programming: Converts complex waste treatment steps, such as controlling multiple switches to start filtering and discharging the treated water into a single-button operation on the control panel.

• Control Panel: Combines most of the waste treatment operations into a single control box.

• User-Friendly: The HMI provides a visual display of each step and progress of the waste treatment work.

• Simplifies the complex waste treatment process into just a few button operations, reducing the user's work to pressing a few buttons.
