Content: The project primarily involves a new interlocking safety device was supplied & installed by our company to protect the safety of operator, when the lorry go in or out from the parking area, a safety feed-back signal will be sent to the existing control panel of loading dock, this signal integrated into the existing control circuit. The protection gate is only allowed to be opened at this moment, it is to avoid abnormal operation of human being.

The work includes ths following.

1. Safety system design: introduce the safety program to PLC control, the gate only able to open at correct and safe condition. Maximize reduce potential risk causing by human error.

2. Add-on ability: not require replace or redesign entire control system, WYE designer can develop add-on system base on original system.

3. Complete service: WYE can finish entire work from design, supply to install, testing and commissioning. Avoid client need to encounter project management work at multiple company.

Result

38 interlocking safety device is fully operational and already at the service.
